- Design, development, implementation and operational use of dealer composites and inter-firm comparisons aimed at effecting true performance improvement
- Working with OEMs in dealer development network planning areas with new dealer selection, appointment and viability studies
- Working with dealer networks through performance improvement workshops using operational composite information to effect true performance improvement through the application of best practice policies and procedures
- Working with OEM field teams to identify under-performing dealers, creating and implementing performance improvement action plans, monitoring results and working with dealers to realise improvement objectives
- Working with financially failing dealers, identifying root causes, developing and implementing rescue plans
- Developing and running a curriculum of Business Management training courses from cash flow to understanding the real importance of the balance sheet and how business really works from a non-accounts point of view
- Developing and running bespoke financial management training courses to meet the specific needs of OEM clients
