apd appoints One Call Automotive Solutions
apd group have confirmed the appointment of One Call Automotive as their call centre partner to handle calls for their 360osi® and flightrax® programmes in the UK.
Announcing the agreement, Paul Turner, apd group Director, commented; "We are delighted to have found a strategic partner who shares our 'customer first' values and who met the standards we require.
To meet the increased volumes of telephone interviews of drivers and passengers for our two key programmes, we searched long and hard to find a call operation who could handle this challenge. In the end, we could not find an established operation within the UK who ticked all the boxes.
Too many of them have a 'one model fits all' approach requiring us to use their software and follow their rules, and that was not what apd required. OCAS had an entirely different approach and, as a new player, have been able to embrace the new technology which apd has developed for our 360osi® and flightrax® programmes. This enables OCAS, and our clients' own call centre operations, to conduct and record calls directly through the system itself."
